Val Gardena Tourism

The Gherdí«ina Valley Val Gardena or Grí¶den in German is a valley situated in Trentino AltoAdige, Sudtirol, in the Dolomites Mountains and is crossed by Gardena, a 25 km long river. The valley is a very famous place for ski and winter sports tourism activities, as well as for hosting many International Alpine Skiing events FIS Alpine World Ski Championships. The area is famous for its wood crafts traditions and wood sculptures.
